Editorial Policy
Carolina Public Press, a not-for-profit journalism organization, is responsible for the development, editing and publishing of content appearing on carolinapublicpress.org. With the exception of content shared through content-sharing agreements with other news organizations, content is developed and owned solely by Carolina Public Press. The board of directors oversees the organization’s mission, strategic vision and financial sustainability; all news-related decisions are made by the organization’s editors.

Carolina Public Press is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, and it accepts charitable financial contributions and grant support from businesses, organizations, foundations, families and individuals.
