Early voting is underway across North Carolina, and the general election will happen next Tuesday, Nov. 4.

But who can you vote for?

Here is a quick-and-easy way to look at a sample of your ballot (directions courtesy of Clean Water for North Carolina):
1: Go here on the State Board of Elections website and search by your name.
2: Click on your name and address, then
3: Scroll down in your voter record and click “11/4/2014 GENERAL” under “Sample Ballots.”

That’s it! Now you can prepare to cast your vote.
