On Tuesday, the city of Asheville released a draft analysis of housing needs in Buncombe, Henderson, Madison and Transylvania counties. The assessment also included the city of Asheville. According to the city, the assessment is conducted every five years and is “used to develop priorities for the use of public funds to meet community affordable housing needs.”
